random thoughts

its been some time since i last updated my blog. nothing has really happened, so there isn't anything much to write about. but anyways, here's something random.

-the late but not so random announcement that,
SPAIN won!!!
im so happy! it really made my day, well, it includes the fact that i hardly slept at all, and that made me a little grouchy in the later part of the day. but, i must say that, it was worth the staying up for. Fabregas, though he didnt play as well as he did when Spain was playing against Russia, did pretty well. i like him!
i told my friends that i wanted a pillow case with his face on it, so i can sleep and drool all over him. LOL
Torres was good too, having scored the only goal. so i would say, go go Torres. maybe the haircut or the removal of his elastic hair band thing did the trick!

-the realization that this first week of classes, has been the most grueling and hectic week i have ever had in all the first week of college i have had.
in one word, it was CRAZY!

-the belief that we really cannot judge a book by its cover. and never judge before knowing.

-the complaint that washing clothes by hand is time-consuming and i dont like it.
thank God for the person who invented the washing machine, which is now fixed. yay!

-the thought that, my friends here are an awesome bunch.

-the evidence that God is real, and He is here with us everyday of our lives.

-the truth that im a lazy pig, who loves to eat, but complains about getting fat, and sleeps too much sometimes. but, looking at the hours i sleep nowadays, the latter seems to be out. haha.

-the excitement i feel, anticipating the coming CF camp. though im not necessarily fond of the idea of leeches. *shivers*

-the dread of rising food prices. my plate of rice became RM4. its really burning a hole in my pocket.

-the approaching time where all of us are to go our separate ways. exploring new places on our own. but im pretty confident that we will see each other again soon enough.

-the recurring fact that im having writers block now. so, im gonna stop here. LOL

the chronicles of kuantan

so, i went back to kuantan over the weekend. and it was really fun.
catching up with my family. saying hi to my little nephew.visiting the new mall. had my hair cut. though my parents said there was no difference. i also noticed that there was no difference. its just a little bit shorter and thinner, i suppose.

what did i do back home :

1. eat, mum's cooking is the best in the WORLD!!
and i was fed and fed, everyday i had my favourite dishes, all lined up for me.
thanks mum. you're the best =)

i had lai fun for breakfast, its the only one in MALAYSIA.
well, there are others, but i only like this one.haha.

then mum made chicken pie for dinner. woohooo!!
the next day, for dinner we had home-made burgers. not bad mum, you're getting better at cooking with age *sheepish smile*

on saturday we brought little bob, to the new mall. which i haven't been before. and not bad, kuantan is improving itself. next you know, i won't have to come down to KL to shop for Chinese New Year. cool.
there i went and cut my hair. after they did their thing, i came out with a funky hairstyle. they blow and everything, always only last for about 2 hours and then my waves starts working its way 'curly-ing' my hair back. haha.
kuantan now got sushi king, and i found out that my mum didn't know i didn't really like japanese food. =S

after the 4 day trip here i am again in KL, studying and blogging at the same time.
exams are starting again tomorrow, not really looking forward to it. its kinda dreadful come to think of it.

i guess this says it all about how im feeling about the exams. =S

ps, come to think of it, i ate a lot back home. we went to crocodile rock too. banana toffee rocks!

Bob's day out.

today is my little nephew's birthday and i miss him so much.
my parents and sister decided to bring little Bob as he is now known as out of the many name we gave him for a day out.
From Jared, to Mark, to Jeremy to Ezekiel. so funny, little Shuan Han must be wondering why all these big people calling him different names every week. haha. he is now called Bob because he shaved his head and now looks like Bob the builder. Lol. hilarious!
little bob is now 1 year old.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY SHUAN HAN!

so today, little bob's day out.
they most probably went to megamall. thats like the only place to go in Kuantan. =S
according to my mum, they went and eat McD's and he ate french fries and drank black-black aka coke. (inside joke)haha

so, here is what they did.
1. eat at Mcdonalds
2. bob went and chose his birthday present. its apparently a musical turn-table, i guess its every little boy's dream to be a DJ and make scratch noises.
3. they went to cold storage, and he 'helped' with the loading of stuff. and tried a vitagen sample.haha.

then i guess they did some other stuff which i dont know, i know all this is also because my mum told me so.im so jealous! i wish i could celebrate with him too. im sad now.

oh yeah, my mum just smsed me and said that he tried out his first feel of a golf stick. my dad wants to bring out the Tiger Woods in him i guess.

i cant think of any other thing else to write so im just gonna put up pictures of Bob.haha the name still amuses me. =)
