luxury property anyone?

here's something that anyone can check out.
you're never too young to start investing in property and what better way to take that step than by buying one in our own country.
but of course its always safer to get more information before signing that cheque.
so, i came about a website, Malaysia property that i think would help.

my first impression of the website when it first pop out onto my screen was that the site itself was attractive.
i always advocate minimalism and the site was just nice, straight-to-the-point and clear.
information could be found easily and the pictures were great, not those lousy camera, blur, cant really see kinda pictures. what more can be expected from a luxury property site eh? =)

the main locations of these properties were in Kuala Lumpur. Some in Selangor, Penang and Negeri Sembilan. though deemed as a site for Malaysian properties, i couldnt find other places. maybe there weren't any yet, and i probably think only a few places in our country could afford and sustain such luxury items.
nonetheless, i found the information quite adequate with phone numbers and emails as contacts.

there were 586 properties listed but only the top ones had more information.
so unless you're interested in some of the more 'famous' property, you don't really get much from the site.
there aren't many photos to compliment the properties that rank lower that the top 60 either.

but what i liked most was that the editors provided ratings for the top properties, so it made it easier for me to find 'hot' properties that were for sale or rent. it is definitely really good for people working in real estate. questions can be posted if you're a registered user and people do answer promptly and it makes it easier for people to know more about the property they are interested in. and its newbie friendly too! =D

on an end note, i must say this site is definitely for people who are of the higher income bracket. but looking at some property at their developer's price, made me wish i knew about it earlier to invest, judging from how much it had already appreciated.

verdict :  4/5 for information
              3/5 for visual aid

dreading the thought of going back.
and sitting the bus with a heavy sack.

going back.
full steam ahead.
pulling out all the stops.
giving it all i got.

there goes my social life,
not that i had any to begin with.
i guess i won't be missing much =D
