a good vacation

I'm back in Kuantan for those who didn't know.

HOME SWEET HOME

since im having my 2 weeks break. well, it's almost over and im going back this friday. sad sad
i will describe to you, how my holidays went.

1. i wake up late everyday. around 10 or 11am. sometimes little bob is there to greet me. force my lazy butt out of bed, and go and clean up.

2. i walk outside, drink a cup of water. see whether mum bought breakfast. but i try not to eat so much, its almost time for lunch anyway.

3. nothing much to do, i watch TV. im making full use of the astro because once i go back to KL i dont have TV to watch. you can't have everything in life, you see. LOL

4. play with bob for awhile. then i laze around some more. seriously, there is nothing to do.

5. bob is put to sleep, he sleeps longer nowadays. so it adds to my boredom.

6. dad comes home, we eat lunch. then he goes into the room to take a nap.

7. fast forward. its time for my dad to go back to work and then its time for bob to go home. of course he wakes up and i play with him for awhile.

8. left at home, with nothing to do. i go and sleep again. and wake up a few hours later.


so, to sum it all up : what i really did this holidays is sleep and eat, sleep some more and sleep some more. i think im asleep more than i am awake. my excuse : im paying back all the sleep debt i accumulated during the whole exam period. (smart!) which is true!
the other reason would be the Euro Cup. been staying up all night to watch the matches.
the match between Spain and Italy?? awesome, but i nearly riped off the two pillows i was hiding behind. things i do when its a penalty shoot-out. LOL

and my take on a well spent vacation is :
you get to sleep a lot and do nothing.
you have no exams to study for.
you laze around the house.
you eat good food, and put on some weight in the process.
you sleep half the day, and be all awake for football in the wee hours of the morning, munching on your pillow case. HEHE

anyway, its only for the moment lah. im going back to KL this friday and college starts on monday. but at the moment, i having the best holiday ever.........

when life throws you a lemon

im back home in Kuantan, for the holidays. 2 weeks, not much. but good enough. the exams had really taken up all my time. and its really difficult to find the time to go home. but here i am, blogging from kuantan, for the 1st time. it has always been back when i was in KL.

i really didn't know what to write. that's why there has been nothing new here. but my dad told me when i was half-awake, taking my nap in the afternoon. with my little first cousin once removed (found it out from wikipedia..haha) coming up to me trying to wake me up, that if i don't update, people would lose interest in reading my blog.
but who reads it anyway, a few of my college friends, my sister, my parents whenever they are free. and maybe my old classmates, and some other people. and myself, to check for spelling errors. LOL

but, its really fun actually. reading people's comment on your entries. its always something i find very funny. haha. i like it that way. i think its always better to put a smile on someone else's face than to spoil the mood.
a few of my friends told me before that they have never seen me pissed. well, if you asked pree, you'll know that i have. it wasn't a pleasant sight. ask my sister too, i can be pretty mean at times. =S

we were talking about that day a few days back, when we were going to to the usa edu fair, me and my friends. and i didn't realise that i got all PMS-sy on one of my friend's birthday. i couldn't really remember what day it was, except that it was a really really long day. one of those days that things didn't seem to go your way and it just kept getting worse and worse.
in a lot of ways, now that i think of it, i was pretty selfish. i really didn't care whether i would ruin her birthday mood, or whether i'll make people around me uncomfortable.

all i could think of was how pissed i was.
all i could think of was me, and how I felt that day.

and i know i kinda pissed some of my friends off. and i think i kinda ruin her birthday, and it only happens once a year. and it took me so long to realise that i was such an ass (sorry, couldn't find a better word) that day, now.

really sorry Regina. will definitely make up for it. =)


the inspiration behind this entry? well, i was going through the drawer of my new table in kuantan, well technically its my sister's but whatever.
and i found the box that regina gave me for my birthday with a cactus and a CD inside.
now, only the paper shreds and her card is left. there rest have been kept somewhere else.
that was what got me really thinking.

on the card it was written :

regina was complaining to me yesterday before english lit5 about me not updating my blog.

she said, " everyday i go, it's 'pree pree, pree pree' "
then i said, "yeah, everyday i go to your blog, its always 'petrol hike, petrol hike"

so, i went and check regina's blog again today, i found out that she has actually updated it. maybe i was so used to seeing no change on her blog that, i haven't check to see if she did update it. hehe

pree pree

to destress after a long day of economics papers, i have decided to blog about my friend Piriya.

*rubs hands together* this is gonna be fun *sniggers*
i actually wanted to write it last night, but thought if i started writing about pree, it'll eat into my study time, so i decided to do it the next day.

So, here's another top 5.
Alithea's list of top 5 things Piriya does when she is hungry.


5. Calls me up, and asks me out for dinner, mind you its 9pm almost 10pm.

4. Calls me up, demands I wear a skirt and we go out for dinner, mind you i don't wear skirts very often either.

3. Arrives at my apartment unannounced, calls me to come down straight away, *im still in house clothes, thinking what could have possibly gone wrong* i go down, walks to her car, she motions me to sit in her car, and she tells me to go makan. Our conversation :

Alithea : Huh?! but i already ate dinner.
Pree : Never mind just teman me.
*Alithea just sits there, staring at her*

*she starts driving* can't jump out. not without risking injuries.

2. Studies, apparently it takes her mind off food. and she eats later, like at 2am in the morning.


and no.1 :

SHE DOESN'T EAT AT ALL. ( maybe she eats batteries )

can you blame us for calling you a robot, pree? LOL
